In the third quarter of 2025, the performance of fast food and fast casual restaurant apps in Norway showed varied trends across different metrics. Here's a closer look at the top five apps based on data from Sensor Tower.

Burger King Norge saw a consistent performance in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 7.4K in early July and fluctuating slightly before ending the quarter at around 6.5K. Active users demonstrated an upward trend towards the middle of the quarter, peaking at about 24.1K in late July, before settling at around 22.1K by the end of September.

McDonald’s experienced a decline in weekly downloads, beginning at 6.5K and decreasing to approximately 3.5K by the end of the quarter. Despite this, active users remained robust, with numbers fluctuating around the 100K mark throughout the period.

Pizzabakeren Norway had a remarkable surge in downloads in early September, reaching a peak of 4.2K before stabilizing at around 1.7K. Active users also increased significantly, starting at about 19.5K and ending at 18.8K, with a peak in late September.

Domino's Pizza Norway showed a notable spike in downloads mid-September, reaching 4K, before dropping to 1.3K by the end of the month. The app's active users also saw a peak in mid-September at 13.1K, before settling at 10K.

Espresso House maintained relatively stable download numbers, fluctuating around 1K throughout the quarter. Active users saw a decline in early August but recovered towards the end of the quarter, reaching approximately 12K.
